Cable Consortium of Liberia (CCL), a management entity for ACE Cable Landing Station Monrovia was in 2010 established by the Government of Liberia and shareholding partners, Lonestar Cell (LCC/MTN), Cellcom GSM (Orange Liberia), Novaphone, acquired by LCC/MTN and the Liberia Telcommunication Corporation (LIBTELCO) now LTC Mobile for management of the ACE CLS. As a founding member within the ACE consortium, CCL joined 19 other operators and national governments to form the ACE consortium under an agreement signed 5 June 2010, bringing the cable into service 15 December 2012 ace-submarinecable.com .
